The tenth generation of the light-duty Ford F-150 truck ran from 1995 to 2004, proudly showing off its first major redesign since late 1979. It'd soon earn celebrated status, too, receiving a Truck of the Year award from Motor Trend magazine in 1997. After a minor facelift in 1998 and a few basic interior updates in 1999, the last model year, 2004, would be called Ford F-150 Heritage. It had the iconic 2003 body style, headlights, and grill, and would live up to its name as a standout and favorite among full-size pickups.

Drivers had a choice of V6 or V8 engine options to power their pickup, with either a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission managing gear changes. Standard amenities included power steering, dual front airbags, air conditioning and four-wheel disc brakes.
